Acrobex TPU Clear

Acrobex TPU Clear is a high-performance Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) coating that forms an exceptionally tough and weather-resistant clear film. Its water-white clarity preserves the natural colour of the substrate while enhancing its appearance with a smooth, durable finish. This multi-purpose coating can be used on a wide range of surfaces including earthen roof tiles, cement, concrete, wood, and metal — providing both protection and aesthetics.

Surface Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, or loose materials.

• Remove any traces of fungus, algae, or old flaking paint.

• For metal surfaces, clean thoroughly to remove rust and scale.

• For porous substrates (like concrete or tiles), ensure proper curing and dryness before application.

Application Method

• Apply by brush, roller, or spray.

• Stir thoroughly before and during use.

• Apply 2 coats for best protection and finish.

• Allow adequate drying time between coats.

Dilution

• Ready to use. If required, dilute up to 5–10% with suitable thinner depending on application method.

Coverage

• 80–100 sq.ft per litre per coat, depending on substrate and porosity.
