Surface Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, oil, grease, and dust.

• For metal surfaces, use emery paper or sandblasting to remove rust and scale.

• Wipe clean before application for maximum adhesion.

Application Method

• Apply by brush, roller, or spray.

• Stir well before and during application.

• Apply 2 coats for best protection and finish.

• Allow sufficient drying time between coats.

Dilution

• 10–15% with recommended thinner, depending on the application method.

Coverage

• 100–120 sq.ft per litre per coat, depending on surface condition and porosity.
