Applications
Suitable for all types of exterior masonry surfaces — including cement plaster, concrete, asbestos sheets, and previously painted walls.
Surface Preparation
Remove dirt, dust, algae, or loose material using a stiff brush or water jet.
Ensure the surface is dry and free from chalking or dampness.
Apply a Maxel Exterior Primer for better adhesion and long-term performance.
Application Method
Tools: Brush, roller, or spray.
Coats: 2–3 coats recommended for best finish.
Drying Time:
Touch Dry: 30 minutes
Recoat Time: 4–6 hours
Dilution
Dilute with clean water up to 40–45% for the first coat and 30–35% for subsequent coats (depending on surface condition).
Coverage
90–110 sq. ft. per litre per coat under standard conditions on smooth surfaces.
