Surface Preparation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose material.

• For brick surfaces, remove loose particles using a stiff brush.

• For plastered walls, ensure proper curing and apply a suitable primer if required.

• Remove any fungus or algae using a mild bleach solution and allow the surface to dry completely.

Application Method

• Apply by brush, roller, or spray.

• Stir thoroughly before and during application.

• Apply 2 coats for a uniform and long-lasting finish.

Dilution

• 20–25% with clean water for brush or roller application.

• 30–35% with clean water for spray application.

Coverage

• 80–100 sq.ft per litre per coat, depending on surface texture and porosity.
