Surface Preparation
Clean the surface to remove dirt, chalk, algae, and loose paint.
Wash affected areas with a biocide solution if fungus or algae are present.
Ensure the surface is completely dry before painting.
Apply a Maxel Exterior Primer for better adhesion and longer life.
Application Method
Tools: Brush, roller, or spray.
Coats: Apply two to three coats for best protection and finish.
Drying Time:
Touch Dry: 30 minutes
Recoat Time: 4–6 hours
Dilution
Dilute with clean water up to 40–45% for the first coat and 30–35% for the second coat (based on surface condition).
Coverage
90–110 sq. ft. per litre per coat, depending on surface texture and porosity.
