Seal Pro 2K from Maxel Paints is a two-component waterproofing system designed to provide powerful protection against water seepage and moisture damage. Surface Preparation

1. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove loose particles, dust, grease, and previous paint or putty.

2. For repair work, scrape down to the cement plaster for best results.

3. Ensure the surface is sound and slightly damp but free from standing water before application.

Mixing & Application

1. Mix the 1 kg liquid with 2 kg powder thoroughly to form a smooth, lump-free slurry.

2. Apply using a brush or roller.

3. For new walls: Apply two coats of Seal Pro 2K, allow to dry, then follow with putty, primer, and emulsion.

4. For repair work: Scrape old paint and putty, apply two coats, and then proceed with finishing layers.

5. Allow 4–6 hours drying time between coats.

Coverage

• 20–25 sq. ft. per kg for two coats (depending on surface condition).
