Surface Preparation
Clean the roof surface thoroughly using a pressure pump to remove dust, oil, and debris.
Sand off rusted areas and clear any loose or flaking paint.
Ensure the surface is completely dry and moisture-free before painting — moisture can cause peeling or poor adhesion.
Application Method
Base Coat: Apply one uniform coat of Sheet Care Zinc Phosphate Primer.
Topcoat: Follow with two coats of Sheet Care Topcoat for enhanced gloss and durability.
Tools: Brush, roller, or spray.
Drying Time:
Touch Dry: 20 minutes
Full Cure: 48 hours
Dilution
Base Coat: 25–30% with clean water or recommended thinner.
Topcoat: 20–25% with clean water or recommended thinner.
Coverage
Approximately 80–100 sq. ft. per litre per coat, depending on surface condition and porosity.
