Surface Preparation
Clean the roof surface thoroughly to remove dirt, algae, and loose paint using a pressure washer or stiff brush.
Ensure the surface is dry, free from dust, and moisture-free before painting.
For best adhesion, apply on properly primed roof tile surfaces.
Application Method
Tools: Brush, roller, or spray.
Coats: Apply two coats for full gloss and weather protection.
Drying Time:
Touch Dry: 30 minutes
Recoat Time: 4–6 hours
Dilution
Dilute with clean water up to 20–25% depending on surface condition and application method.
Coverage
80–100 sq. ft. per litre per coat, depending on surface porosity and texture.
